Description:
in win 7 machine, unzip server artifact to folder, e.g. d:\install
open cmd window, enter d:\install\bin\startup.bat , then it will show:
'internalLauncher.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

use startup.bat command , then it will show:
'internalLauncher.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
