Description:
Create a Juju Charm for Giraph in order for users to:
* do a one line install (juju quickstart bundle...)
* have a one line upgrade (juju upgrade-charm)
* instantly scale (juju add-unit)
* instantly integrate with other charms like Hadoop, Ganglia, Logstash, etc.
