I would like to ask for an advice. As you can see in the github repos of the 
algorithms (you can reach them by the links in the issue description) Gila is a 
Maven project with a parent with pom packaging and different child modules. The 
parent module also manages the dependencies (like Giraph parent does). What 
would be, in your opinion, the best way to integrate Gila? Is it possible to 
have two nested pom-packaged Maven projects in which one is the parent of the 
other (in this case, Giraph would be parent of Gila)? If so, would it be 
possible for Gila to use the dependencies managed by Giraph parent?

I am sorry to bother you, but I still have limited experience with Maven.

####EDIT: nevermind, I figured it out. I decided not to integrate Gila as a 
child pom but as part of the example package (like the other examples). A few 
more fixes and it should be ready.
