    Test plan:
    Tested internally by running hello page rank 
    drop=true ./hellopagerank.sh -DhelloPageRank.iterations=5000 
-Dgiraph.maxRequestMilliseconds=1 -Dgiraph.waitingRequestMsecs=1
    
    The new counters are seen
