Clear the CustomCounters when they are sent to the zookeeper -- to avoid sending duplicate ones repeatedly. This will reduce the amount of data we write to zookeeper from the worker. 2. When the master sends the aggregated counters to the job client, send the Giraph Timers for only the current superstep, and not for 0-n supersteps.
