Summary: Make HiveMetadataWriter to be able to process schema
source DB

Now, for compaction DB of ORC table, we don't have information for avro schema,
which is needed when using hive to query orc table. So add this feature to
define the schema source db so that we can specify the schema source for
compaction db. We added this feature to hive register previously, now we want
to support this in hive writer as well.
