I understand that it will not be reviewed until I have checked off all the steps below! ### JIRA - [x] My PR addresses the following [GOBBLIN-2118](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GOBBLIN-2118) issues and references them in the PR title. ### Description - [x] Add a default method in kafkaConsumerClient to allow fetching earliest offsets for a list of partition at a time. This needs to be overridden by the Kafka Consumer client implementation to call the actual API to fetch the parititions. - [x] Changes in KafkaSource to create workunits while fetching all the kafka offsets for a topic at once. ### Tests - [x] Tested the changes, by checking the latency diff after doing the changes ### Commits - [x] My commits all reference JIRA issues in their subject lines, and I have squashed multiple commits if they address the same issue.
