Enhancement to data lineage handling: * Updated the constructor in `IcebergPartitionCopyableFile` to explicitly set the source and destination data from the original `CopyableFile`, ensuring lineage information is correctly carried over to the new copyable file. ### Tests - [ ] My PR adds the following unit tests __OR__ does not need testing for this extremely good reason: Tested on a sample flow ### Commits - [ ] My commits all reference JIRA issues in their subject lines, and I have squashed multiple commits if they address the same issue.
