Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the download page as per your
suggestion.
I have also updated master branch with the website content. However, right
now it is static and is not generated by Haml / SCSS / SASS. We will in
future change that to use markup languages.

Regarding moving content from ReadTheDocs to Apache website: we like the
fact that it is backed by PRs so external contributions are easy to review
and merge. Can we get a Github mirror for incubator-gobblin-site too? If
so, we can work towards migrating off of ReadTheDocs.
