For the record:
Hashes and sigs are not published to mirrors, so the following link:
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/incubator/gobblin/apache-gobblin-incubating-0.12.0/apache-gobblin-incubating-bin-0.12.0.tar.gz.asc
only works if the chosen mirror is one of the ASF backup mirrors, i.e.
www-us.apache.org or www-eu.apache.org.
That will occur if your IP does not appear to be from a country where there is
a mirror.

The download page looks OK now, though the copyright year (2017) should be
updated at some point.
