Hi Dev Team, I face many issues because of inconsistencies between how Gobblin treats the configurations.
so I have created this issue to use HOCON consistently, and I want to know if this make sense before i go ahead and make all changes. please take a look. (GOBBLIN-926 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GOBBLIN-926>) and let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks Jay
