I hope that this is not too complex to implement. Basically, I think we need to
add a <reporting> section to parent pom.xml.
This will allow us to have a permalink (within the Jenkins GUI) similar to the
following [0]
This also means that we can link to the nightly Javadoc's via our website [1]
