Hi all, Thanks for accepting me to Gora PMC and also thanks for your good wishes. :)
I am a senior sofware developer at a company in Istanbul, Turkey and developing a web crawler using Apache Nutch 2.x. I have met Apache Gora in this project, and it is a pleasure for me to contribute. I think, Gora will be more popular among Big Data developers in future.
And about myself, I am a software developer for 7 years, and more focused on distributed systems. Up to now, I usually work on back-end systems and now, I want to go into deep in Big Data. I see software development as an art. IMHO; as the code and architecture become more 'beautiful', software will be more stable and functional. :)
I try to give my best for Gora, and contribute more. I hope, Gora will be a standard for Big Data development with the hard work of this great development team which I am very glad to be a member of.
