Hi,
I'm Tugba Dogan. I am a graduate student at Bilkent University, department of
Computer Engineering. I'll be graduating this June and planning to work on a
GSoC project this summer. I participated GSoC in the past by working on a
Apache Software Foundation project. I completed the project successfully. I
checked your project and I would like to work on it. Before writing the
proposal for this project, do you have any advice?
