Description: Sign JSON data sowhen received by PassiveGossipThread it can
be verified (was: For gossip we rely on peers to be middle mans of data. If we
can have the node that added the data sign it and or encrypted we could use
that key to verify that the data was created by the original party, not a
middle man.)
