Hi,
One of the to-do items for finishing up the incremental build feature is
to have a sensible behaviour when -C off is used. Right now it ignores
-C off (it does handle -C on and -C rebuild). If no-one is using -C off,
I'd rather remove the option, rather than implement the logic for it.
So, does anyone have a good reason for -C off to stick around?
