The manual says:  "Running gradle --tasks gives you a list of the tasks
which make up the build, broken down by project."   As far as I can tell
this is not true, it gives only the top-level tasks of the project.  On
the other hand Example 9.7 shows all projects being displayed -- or is
this an old display that hasn't been updated.

I am fairly sure there was an option that could be given with the -t
option to get all the project tasks listed but I cannot find it now
(just when I need it). 

I think it woul;d also be a good idea for the -h help listing to show
indications of parameters taken by options where an option takes a
parameter.  cf. -p option.
