We have some cycles in our dependencies needed to run some functional tests. This didn't cause issues in our old ant build, we just needed the resulting jars from all the sub-projects to end up on the classpath. I believe this bug is keeping it from working for us now.
I'll have a look at it. I'd like to do a 0.9-preview2 release first, and then have a look at it after that.
