Adam mentioned this evening, that we know teams that use gradle on other
OS than those the posix lib currently supports. I think this issue was
introduced with the pull request that handles file permissions. I think,
on "unknown os", we should handle file permissions as we did before the
jna based file permission handling was introduced.
