If the question is whether referencing the module (without specifying a
configuration) should return the artifact, then I believe the answer is yes.
Since the module doesn't specify any configurations, it has one
configuration named 'default'. Since the artifact doesn't have a 'conf'
attribute, it is published under all public configurations ('default' in
this case). Referencing the module without specifying a configuration is the
same as referencing its 'default' configuration.
