Was just reading through the release notes, particularly the fixed issues.
We should probably put more care into issue titles now that they are more
visible in the release notes. Some of them in 1.3 aren't very
indicative/explanatory.
The good news is that, because we pull these in dynamically, we can still
change them. I'll do a pass on them today.
