I'm thinking about a user who is using an old version of Gradle. All of our 
announcements use symbolic version numbers, which don't work over time. If the 
user hits an announcement via google when searching for an old version, the 
links won't work. Well, they work, but they no longer point to the info the 
user is looking for.
