I noticed on my last pull request: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/pull/138 the following message:
*Failed* — Not all contributors have signed the Contributor License Agreement. (Details <http://www.clahub.com/agreements/gradle/gradle>) When I click into details and fill out the form I get a page that says "Something went wrong". Is there a better way to submit the agreement?
