Hi,
If a Reporting task has enabled reports that have 'null' for a
destination, our annotation processing machinery will throw an NPE.

I'm not sure of the best way to deal with this. Ideally, we'd error with
a message saying something like 'reports.«name».destination` of the task
has not been set. I can't see anything in our current machinery that
would allow us to do that.
