I'm not sure how much the format of the .ipr varies over versions, but if
it has been volatile then perhaps we don't want to assume too much. OTOH,
it looks like a fair bit is already being assumed with 'wildcards',
'languagelevel', 'jdkname', etc. Hard to know where to draw the line.
