my old configuration was

org.gradle.jvmargs=-ea -Xmx1G 
XaddExports:jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.api=ALL-UNNAMED

which I am going to use again. -XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled 
-XX:+CMSPermGenSweepingEnabled should not be working anymore too.
