I renamed the parser-antlr component in Jira to parser-antlr2 and created a new parser-antlr4 component. We also have a generic parser component to cover issues not specific to either parser. That's a little bit fuzzy but seemed a reasonable compromise. I haven't moved any of the existing Parrot parser issues into the new component as yet.
