Hi Paolo,

      Please do experiment through the following steps:
1)  In your command line(e.g. under Windows OS, type `cmd` to open it), run
`gradlew compileGroovy --no-build-cache` to compile with 3.0.0-rc-1 and
2.5.x
2)  Compare the time cost by 3.0.0-rc-1 and 2.5.x
