in 2026 and Geb 9.
Maybe you could include a list of features you're thinking of.
The Testcontainers integration is in master and was planned for upcoming 8.1 I
believe.
I would help out where I can.

Is there an appetite for a large spike for a Geb 9 release? I would
be glad to contribute a lot of work to add an optional feature set
