GUACAMOLE-630: Allow font parameters of active SSH/telnet session to be
changed.
These changes build off of the changes from #198, additionally allowing the
font name and size to be changed while the connection is running. The terminal
is redrawn and resized as necessary to take the new font into account.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/guacamole-server argv-font
