There's currently no clean way for other modules to action _after_ the user has been logged out - which is what the CAS authentication scheme would require to redirect users to its logout URL. **GUACAMOLE-361** also reflects this need. Any plans on merging this soon, @necouchman? If further work is needed, I could take lead on it.
