I need to pull the code down and actually run it through some testing before I'm good with it, I'll try to get that done this weekend. Currently this is targeted at the `main` branch which would put it in the 1.6.0 release. In the past I think it was mentioned that this might go into a 2.0 release, so wanted to check and see if @mike-jumper or @jmuehlner had any thoughts on that? I'm fine with it going into 1.6.0 - it seems like it's a pretty minimal and compatible set of changes, just want to make sure we're all in agreement. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
