Mikalai Parafeniuk updated HAMA-524:
------------------------------------

    Attachment: HAMA_524_v2.patch

Hello everyone. I am glad to say, that this version of SpMV works stable on my
machine. I submitted new version of patch, updated github repository with SpMV,
updated wiki page for SpMV. I tested this version in pseudo-distributed mode
with different problem sizes (4x4, 10x10, 100x100, 1000x1000). Firm pencils
down date for gsoc is scheduled for monday, so any feedback about code or wiki
page, advises will be highly appreciated.
Also I have one little problem : when I launched {{SpMV}} in pair with
{{RandomMatrixGenerator}} for problem size 10000x10000 on local machine I run
out of memory. After that I cleaned up directories, mentioned in config files
and tmp, but there is still little free memory. Where can I found internal
Hadoop and Hama data to free some space?
