Yes, ideal outcome is collaborative filtering job that can run on Hama cluster.
You'll need to focus mainly on "how it works in parallel". Looking forward your
proposal!
P.S., Of course, if you have more advanced ideas in mind, yes you can do your
own proposal. For example, real-time collaborative filtering. As you know,
traditional collaborative filtering - learning new items and correlating them
with a large set of n - is very time consuming and expensive. In this case, I
think feasible implementation plan is enough.
