Hi Edward, the purpose of this patch is to build Hama against CDH hadoop
version, to automatically download dependencies from Cloudera repo, which are
not existed in Maven central repo.
Currently "mvn install -Phadoop2 -Dhadoop.version=2.0.0-cdh4.2.1" will be
failed by dependencies missing.
