The following exception is thrown when trying to use hama with the mesos 
scheduler and cdh5.

java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: org.apache.hadoop.fs.FileSystem: Provider 
org.apache.hadoop.fs.LocalFileSystem not found

The default scheduler for hama seems to be unaffected.
