In my opinion docker related files need to be in separated folder. so I suggest
a file structure below.

/hama/trunk
|-- ...
|-- ...
`-- /docker
|-- Dockerfile
|-- README.md
`-- /confg
`-- hama-site.xml

I just attach the patch with above file structure. This patch has Dockerfile
which can make hama on docker container.
