The reason this issue is happened is that I don't set hama.zookeeper.quorum. So
hama configuration is set to default zookeeper quorum, 'localhost'.
I modified that hama.zookeeper.quorum value set ApplicationMaster's ip not
default value in BSPApplicationMaster.java.
