If you have code checked out, you'll need to use
svn switch ....
to fix, where .... is the appropriate URL
As an example, if you have
harmony/enhanced/classlib/trunk
checkout out, go into that directory and type
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/harmony/enhanced/trunk
note that this will do an update at the same time. Sorry.
Another way to think about it is to find the URL in
.svn/entries
and use that, with the "incubator" taken out.
