[drlvm] change to structure of build/deploy

If no one objects, I'd like to modify the 'deploy' directory in the 
DRLVM tree to be a proper jdk tree :

    deploy/
        jdk/
           jre/
             bin/
           bin/
           include/
      etc
By doing that, it normalize the deploy directories for all major 
subprojects to be a jdk skeleton, which I'm working to properly fill in.

Please yell if this is a problem.
