It really seems unstable and maybe it contains a bug in Harmony since it
reports "no such file or directory" on my linux machine. I will look at it.

Agreed and do it for tests that failed first time. But this test has a big
history and long discussions so I prefer to exclude it and wait for fix
from
our networks guru.
