Yep - what we have now are still snapshots, in reality.
We should probably start formally doing the "developer build" - the
one that is voted and tested. Good step forward for us.

I can do that, but that file currently has a datestamp of December
27th. I was kind of hoping for something that would be built
continuously at all times, or at least nightly, so that I'll pick up
changes the same day they get checked in...
Yes, we will do that eventually, and put it there under that
link. so
if you start w/ that link, you'll always get the latest.. this will
motivate us to get our side done :)
(I'm going to try to get that done this week for linux x86 and
x86_64)
Then we should start to distinguish between nightly development builds
and snapshot 'milestone' builds that have undergone some additional
manual testing.
