Ok, I checked it - there are these files in executable path directory. So,
it didn't help.


Include ICUInterface34.dll?

There are some guesses that the problem could be forced by locales'
misusing. What can you
say about it?


I'm not sure. My default locale is zh_CN, which works well. To confirm
whether it's due to locale setting, you may change your default locale to
en_US.
