accidentally have an idea that, it looks like this failure is actually
repeatable in the testing machine(!), although none of us can
reproduce it locally. Maybe we can try to dig out the problem on the
testing machine?
Win64, following are timeout failures in reg.test, which are not GC
issues (GCv4.1 has the same issues, and we can run them successfully
with java.exe command line. Timeout happens with build.bat command
line. Not sure what the reason is. A JIRA may be created.).
