Actually, I saw the similar message when run build of CLASSLIB under
CC/CI (long time ago). To eliminate it the ant-apache-regexp.jar
should be added to CLASSPATH (at least it helped me :) ).

build failed to compile classlib - ant can not find ecj_3.2.jar. I
