yes, I noticed that too, I tried to fix it, but found that I could not
do it immediately. Turns out that Tim broke the RU version at r619899
:)
How did I do that? I checked out the site and regenerated the pages
with new copyright footers. If the RU version is broken it can't be a
very robust authoring system :-)
Seriously, I'm interested to know what I should have done here. And I
promise to put things right.
