VisualStudio 2003 is the suggested windows build, so that may give you
trouble. Others may have had more luck, but I've only ever built with
VS2003.
Thanks Nathan... I'll give it a go, hope 2003 is still available... very
glad to hear it can be done.
As for the Ant scripts, I've never run them in Eclipse, so I don't
know how well that works or doesn't work. Try running the federated
build from the top-level.
