I think bulkload (importtsv) can be added as a separate section or under tools (http://hbase.apache.org/book/ops_mgt.html#tools) in HBase book.
Currently, bulkload documentation is directly provided in HBase home page. http://hbase.apache.org/bulk-loads.html Please suggest if you feel some other section is more appropriate. -- Regards, Laxman
