It is close. If you look at https://builds.apache.org/view/G-L/view/HBase/job/HBase-TRUNK-on-Hadoop-23/153/ there is one failure that Ted says is consistent.
I've just filed an issue to take care of it. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-5880 I can probably jump on it tomorrow unless someone else wants to tackle it. Jon.
