HBASE-7520 is my originally reporting a problem with this test. In it Sergey
tries various and then we conclude it best to disable the test: HBASE-7830.
[~sershe] just suggested it fixed. I ran it a few times locally and indeed it
seems to be working. Let me reenable this nice test.
